Currently, we do not have operations on International shores. Customers do get confused with “Bombay” or “Bombay Co” which operated in USA and Canada. Yes, Gift Certificates are available at all The Bombay Store retail outlets and have to be redeemed currently at the Retail outlets only.

Can the Gift vouchers be redeemed for one single order?
You can redeem only one gift voucher at any given point for a single order. No two vouchers can be clubbed together while placing an order online.

How will I know if The Bombay Store has received my order?
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from The Bombay Store and this same email is sent to the website administrator informing of a customer order.

How do I check my order status?

The Bombay Store makes every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If a customer places an order for a product which is not in stock, The Bombay Store will inform the customer through an email and credit his/her credit card account within two business days of placing order. The Bombay Store will not retain a customer s request for an out of stock product in a back order system.
