1. Minimum Qualification: HSC
2. Training duration: 3 yrs
3. Stipend : 1st Year - Rs 4500 pm, 2nd Year - Rs 5500 pm, 3rd Year - Rs 7000 pm.
4. He/She will complete graduation during employment and will get study and exam leave of 15 days / year
5. Based on aptitude and on the job performance will be absorbed as
   Executive - Customer Relation
   Executive - Buying
   Executive - Merchandising
   Executive - Marketing

2. Graduate Trainee Retail Professional:

1. Minimum qualification: 15 years of education
2. Training duration: 2 yrs
3. Stipend : 1st Year - Rs 7500/- pm
4. He/She will complete Diploma in Retail Management during employment and will get study and exam leave of 15 days / year
5. Based on aptitude and on the job performance will be absorbed as
   Sr. Executive - Customer Relation
   Sr. Executive - Buying
   Sr. Executive - Merchandising
   Sr. Executive - Marketing

3. Specialist Trainee Retail Professional:

1. 16-17 years of education (MBA, NIFT, NID grads, etc)
2. Training duration - 1 yrs
3. Remuneration : 12000
4. Based on aptitude and on the job performance will be absorbed as
   Asst. Manager - Customer Relation
   Asst. Manager - Buying
   Asst. Manager - Merchandising
   Asst. Manager - Marketing
